Bring together natural hardwood, soft candlelight, and living greenery with this handcrafted Flame Box Elder candle and plant propagation centerpiece, individually made in the Little Forest Studio workshop.

This one-of-a-kind piece begins with a single, hand-selected slab of live edge Flame Box Elder. The wood came from a storm-damaged tree in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area and was chosen for its dramatic natural grain and distinctive red flame coloration.

At approximately 24 inches long, this is more than a small tea light holder. Three frosted glass candle cups are paired with two glass propagation tubes, creating a sculptural centerpiece that combines handcrafted woodwork, candlelight, and plant display in one piece.

Each centerpiece is individually shaped and finished to preserve the character of the live edge and highlight the unusual color and grain of the wood. Because Flame Box Elder develops its patterns naturally, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Designed for Display

Use it as a dining-table centerpiece, mantel accent, console-table display, or distinctive piece of natural home decor. Add plant cuttings to the propagation tubes to introduce greenery alongside the warm glow of the frosted candle cups.

Safety: Battery-operated LED tea lights are included and recommended, particularly when plant material is displayed in the propagation tubes. Avoid open flames near plants or other combustible materials.
