We want you to love your purchase from Little Forest Studio. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

✅ Returns

We accept returns on most standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging

Please include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

Because each piece is made by hand, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

📦 Return Shipping

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

📷 Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
