- Refuse any order you place with us (you will be refunded if this occurs)

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders if needed.
5. Payment & Billing
We accept secure payments through Shopify and its supported payment gateways. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Products customized or personalized specifically for a customer—including custom dimensions, fabrics, colors, finishes, engraving, or other requested modifications—are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once work has begun or materials have been purchased specifically for the order, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
Standard products that are made after an order is placed but have not been customized are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about customization or return eligibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including photos, designs, product descriptions, and logos—is the property of Little Forest Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Forest Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
